I’m Unable to calculate “Quantity to Cross-Dock”
- I’m using the Business Central Demo tenant version 20.0.37253.38055, I want to calculate “Quantity to Cross-Dock” from warehouse receipt but the system is not calculating.
- Can You please look into this issue and let me know what settings I’m missing or is there any other way to cross-dock the items.
- I Enabled “Cross-Dock & Directed Put-away and Pick” in “Location Card"
- Created Zone for “Cross-Dock” by checking “Cross-Dock Bin Zone"
- Used “Bin Type” code as “STORAGE” which is enabled for “Put and Pick” Actions for Cross-Dock.
- Created “Cross-Dock Bin” from “Cross-Dock Zone”
- Assigned Default Bin for “Cross-Dock”
- Enabled “Use Cross-Dock” in Item card
- Created “Sales Order” for Item: 1986-S with quantity of “2-PCS”
- Created “Purchase Order” for the quantity of “10 PCS”
- Created “Warehouse Receipt”
- When I click on “Process à Calculate Cross-Dock” I expected that “Quantity to Cross-Dock as Quantity of 2 PCS as we have one Open Sales Order with quantity of “2 PCS”
- But System is not calculating “Quantity to Cross-Dock”, when I navigated to “Cross-Dock Opportunities” from warehouse receipt, the “Qty. to Cross-Dock” system says There is nothing to show in this view.
