Hi there Everyone!
I'm also experiencing a Table Security Violation Error when my new user who i have just created tries to print an approved purchase order. I have tried giving the user access on Purchasing module from
Setup-->System-->Security
Type-->Modified Reports--->Series--->Purchasing
My Dynamics Version is 8 and SQL 2000.

Hi, Richard in the earlier post is 100% when he says we should only mess with window and report security. Anything else is going to cause problems. For your issue, we need to debug what is going on. Best to start with a clean sheet as follows:
If you have a user class that is set up to be the 'Default Class', untick it (so that there is no default class). Then set up a new user class just for this one user. This new class will have access to everything standard. Assign the class to the user and accept a roll down of the changes. Now try and print your PO. You should get the standard GP PO. Now assign the modified version to the user class, and reprint the PO.
Do you get any errors at this stage?
