Using POWER AUTOMATE Cross Company(ESW,ESR Legal Entities) Integration between CE - F&O.

Hi All,

We are integrating the data  between CE to FO. (Work Order in CE ---> Sales Order in F&O).

Here we have two Legal entities ESR, ESW.

We can't able to integrate the data for Multiple Legal Entity  using Power Automate.

Works fine for Create of record SalesOrderHeader for Multiple Legal Entity(CE --> F&O). Modify & Delete is not working for SalesOrderHeader in Power Automate.

Create,Modify,Delete the record for (CE --> F&O) salesOrderLines of Multiple Legal Entity is Not Working in Power Automate

The User who has a default company (ESR) in f&o for that Legal Entity Integration working fine.But not working for Multiple Legal Entity another than ESR. Please refer a screenshot below.

    Hi Sindhu,

    I noticed you tried to share one of my blogs posts as a reference. I'm not sure which one exactly you used. Next to a blog with a description that there is a limitation, I also provided a blog with a workaround.

    Power Automate - Demo temporary change user default company - Dynamicspedia

    Next to this workaround (not always an ideal solution to change the default company), you can setup Virtual entities and the Dataverse connector. That is also working, but then you need to set a filter using OData on the entity when retrieving a list of records.
