AX2012 R3 Generating packing slip take an average time of 10-15 seconds

Hello, my business is currently working on AX2012 R3, I was wondering if it is was normal that each time we post a load with our gun or directly in Ax, even with a small load of 2-3 products, it can take up to 15 seconds for it to be posted and then packing slip generated.

In short this is how the operation goes

we pick 2 products - do the put and then 10-15 seconds wait ...the load close automatically - packing slip generate.

Hello Ludwig,

we are using the "Confirm outbound shipment" in the modes of delivery (packing slip posted automatically and load posted to AX). Replicating the process inside AX manually only takes about 3 seconds.

It doesn't seems to be correlated with the volume of order being processed as I just did one in our test environment (with RF unit) and it was over 15 sec.

Hello Mat Bert,

Do you have any additional information on the load and packing slip process especially how this is realized from a technical perspective?

How is the load posting transmitted to AX? Is the packing slip posted automatically? If you try replicating the whole process inside AX manually, does it also take 15 sec?
