Is there any option i can show only the rows with values in Account Schedule? I put the configuration of row 'only rows with values' but still the report shows all the rows even them that dot have value

I tried both NAV 2017 and 2018. Both are working.
Are you using report 25 Account Schedule ? Is there any customization on the report ? I don't see the 'only rows with values' option in the page and report.
The Show field that you need to setup is in the Account Schedule page, not in the report.
It does not work, i have tried it
There is a field called Show in Account Schedule, you can change that to 'If Any Column Not Zero'.
This will only hide it when you print, not when you overview.
