GP 2015 1095-c Printing a Blank Page

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

We're having an issue printing the 1095-cs in our test company.  We created a year end wage file and printed them.  The only thing we got was one blank page with the one line standard footer.  I tried deleting the year end wage file and recreating it but still nothing.  I then checked both the UPR00905 and the UPR10110 table and both are populated correctly.  Then just to try it I ran check links, and then deleted the year end wage file again and recreated.  Once again nothing.   I can't find any information on why this might be happening, and I'm running out of things to try.  Any suggestions or tips would be very greatly appreciated.

As a note the 1094-c will print fine, but it shows 0 on line 18(Total number of forms 1095-c submitted with this transmittal).  There is roughly 800 employees that should be receiving 1095s and the SQL tables are populated correctly.

Thanks,

Bill

We figured it out.  It's due to the changes in setup required by the 2017 year end update.  Below is a link to Terry Heley's blog that describes the issue.  Essentially if the medical benefits aren't set up with a default Offer Of Coverage Code and Safe Harbor Code the system won't pull them for the year end wage file.
