Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

"Customize the system" shows "An error has occurred" message.

Hi, 

It's been a few hours now and I haven't been able to open the customization window for my CRM online solution. I navigate to Settings --> Customization --> Customize the System and I get this:

Would appreciate any help.

    Thank you Guido. But sorry, I am using CRM on-prem 2016. Is there a solution I can fix it by myself then? Thank you.

    Hi Guido, I am facing the same problem. Getting "error" from clicking "Customize the system". However, I am not sure what does your answer mean. Could you please indicate the solution? Thank you very much.
