Tracking Dynamics Form Responses with User Attributes

Is it possible to track OBM/RTM form submission answers alongside user attributes such as device used, city/state/country location? I know I can find form submissions when viewing a Dynamics form and user attributes in GA4, but has anyone been able to create a dashboard or report with both of these combined?

    Thank you RudyZhang. This does answer my question in that it is not currently possible to view form submissions in the same report with user attribute information. We are currently adding the OBM form cookies along with connecting the Dynamic forms to GA4. We are exploring the options to create a PowerBI report, a Power App or Sharepoint report to obtain our goal. I can respond to this post if we reach our goal.

    Hi,
     
    We have analyzed your requirements and tested them and here are our results.
     
    If you are using OBM MKT Form and hosted on MKT Page. You can switch to the /Insights/ tab where you can view information about the /submission/record and the rough location of the submission.

     
    If you are using an RTM MKT Form, within the out-of-the-box functionality, you can view the /Submissions/ tab of the Form to view the details of the submission.

    Additionally, for both OBM and RTM we do not have access to the device the user is using to submit, which may be beyond the scope of the out-of-the-box functionality (we are currently working on GA4 and will get back to you if we make progress).
