Hi,
My client noticed that when he tried to upload the same file to the same budget ID twice in a row, the upload would not work all the way. It would act like it was finished, but really had only uploaded part of the accounts.
He eventually figured out that he had to upload to a new budget ID each time in order for all accounts to update.
They are on GP2010 SP2.
Any ideas on this? Thanks.

I haven't heard of this one either sorry. Leslie the issue you are talking about is a bug with Remote App which I believe was fixed with SP 3 for GP 2010.

This is a new one on me. I also had a 'hang' problem and learned that there was a dialog window minimized and we had to do a little alt tab action in order to free it up.
I never figured out what was wrong, because they were happy with the alt tab.
We missed you at Convergence!
