Why would a sales journal be suspended and why would this cause the AR and IN batches to have a status of void on the AR Edit report?

    Chuck,

When the Sales Journal process is interrupted - possibly network glich, power outage, accidental click of Cancel - the status of the AR and IN batches is set to Void.  In these scenarios, the system does not rollback the processing that has already happened, it leaves the tables updated with all related information and the batches remain, but, with the Void status.  To resolve, the Sales Journal is re-run by entering the specific Sales Journal Id on the Options tab of the Sales Journal ROI screen.

Please let me know if you have any further questions

    Kind regards,
