Thanks for your time. Yes, that's really a question for the Microsoft. Because we found that error only with chrome browser.

I would just try that setting and see if the error disappears. If it does, then it's really a question to MS support as to why it's happening. But, most of the times, we would just choose one of those two "invisible" options and forget about it:) That's unless it's somehow affecting your work later, and it does not seem to be the case.

But what we observed is that was happening with only chrome browser but not IE.

it happens all the time, but, if that's not affecting you(usually it's not), you might simply disable those notifications:
Settings->Administration->Privacy Preferences->Never Send an Error Report (or you can choose to send the reports automatically)

It's just popup not stoping any further loading of application . But that popup is showing every time I logged in .

are you able to work in Dynamics once you close the popup (is it, literally, a popup, or is it an error page and you can't go anywhere after it shows up?)
