Encrypt data at rest

We are exploring ways to encrypt PII data at rest in D365 customer service and field service module.

There are multiple encryption mechanisms available in Azure like Storage Service Encryption and client side encryption. Is it possible to encrypt data using these services before saving data in database in field service/customer service modules in Dynamics 365? Please suggest.

Note: TDE or other mechanisms for disk encryption is not enough and we would like to store encrypted data in database.
