Hi,
I upgraded CRM 2011 to CRM 2016. I planned to remove the CRM outlook client for CRM 2011 completely and do the new installation of CRM outlook client for CRM 2016. I removed CRM outlook client for CRM 2011 completely but I got the below error when do the new installation of CRM outlook client for CRM 2016. Kindly find a solution for this issue. Is there any registry of old CRM client need to be removed. Please help me.
