Hi,
Not able to drag and drop fields into the Self Service section while personalization.
Can you tell me where is the mistake.

Can you create a Sandbox and Clear Personalization on the page? This should reset that window and see if you can add the filed that way. If not, I would suggest opening a support case to troubleshoot further.
Hi Andy,
I tried doing it in the sandbox the issue remains. We are not a partner to microsoft however we are customizing with our internal capabilities.
We do have a partner who seems to be disinterested so is there a way t raise a support request without going through the patner.

Hello Indria - Unfortunately the only way to raise support with Microsoft is through out Partner channel. You can ask them if they can enter the support ticket on your behalf.
