power apps new finance and operations connections is null in connection sets

Hi All,

we have created a new user on our AAD, and logged in with this user on power apps and created new connection on finance and operations.

while creating new connection set the look up is empty and does not find the connection created, however using another old account the connection appears.

what could be the issue ?

This seems odd. Is there any significant difference in the setup of the old and the new account?

Can you possibly share some screenprints?

Looks like this connection is not shared, here are more details:

Connections

Some connections (such as SQL Server with SQL or Windows authentication) are implicitly shared with the app when you share the app with other users. Other connections require users to create their own connections and explictly grant security privleges (such as security roles for the Common Data Service, OneDrive for Business, SQL Server with Azure AD authentication).

You can determine whether a connection is automatically shared as part of the app when you share the app with other users; allowing you to update sharing permissions. To do this, go to make.powerapps.com and select Data -> Connections from left navigation. Then select the required connection. If the Share button appears on top navigation or if the Share option displays when you select More Commands (...), the selected connection can be shared with other users.

Thanks for your reply Ludwig, actually i had to create new trial environment using the new account until i was able to browse the environments in the connection set.
