Hi, we cannot use any project in our PSA environment anymore. Every project opens with message "Copying WBS...".
Deleting the project doesn't work because of "The project can't be deleted at this time because there are system jobs running. Please try again later.".
There are no systems jobs running as far as I can see.
Anyone else experienced (and solved) this behaviour?

The problem could be due to some customization applied in the entity "Project Tasks" (Workflow, Plugin, Others ...).
To delete this project, you must update the "msdyn_bulkgenerationstatus" field to "Error". Then you can delete the Project.

Is this the new D365 for Project Services? Can you post a screenshot of the message? That seems there is something hung in the system jobs that is calculating the WBS.
Go to Settings > System Jobs and look for suspended or locked jobs. Also look under Settings > Auditing > Audit Summary View and apply filters to see what is happening against the project entity.
