When calculate salary in payroll module its not in deducting the few Employee Loan in Ax 2012

Hi Guys ,

After calculate the salary in payroll module its not deducting the employee loan .

Also when i check In employee loan form in deducted Value field value is zero like below scree shot.

This is happening only from march 2019 for few employees .

Please suggest how to achieve this .
