Hi Mostafa, is there a way that I can create a sandbox and just have the data imported from the initial environment. Not the settings/config?
Hi,
In office 365 Portal (), login as administrator, click to open the Office 365 "Admin" then click to open the Dynamics 365 Admin Centre.
Once you are there, you can copy a whole instance to another instance as shown in the following screenshot:
Please note that this will copy everything not just the data. So you will copy the configuration, solutions, etc.

You could have a look at the configuration migration tool. It's not meant to do complete migrations, but might be suitable to go from dev to test or vice versa. Here's a link to the MSDN documentation: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn647421.aspx. The tool is part of the SDK and is very useful.
Otherwise you could setup Microsoft Flow as a basic free solution. And if you have more complex requirements, you need to look into tools like Scribe or SSIS.
