Bulk Approval Workflow in D365 Finance & Operations

I need to develop the workflow in D365 Finance & Operations with a bulk approval functionality. The submitted workflow should allow approvers to review and approve multiple records in bulk, instead of approving them one by one. Please review this requirement and confirm the feasibility.

    Hi,
    Yes this is feasible through customization.
    In one of my previous projects, we implemented bulk workflow approval by customizing the solution. We created a custom workspace/list page that allowed approvers to select multiple submitted records and approve them in bulk. The customization validated workflow state, approver assignment, and security roles for each record, and then processed the approvals via a custom action/batch process, while still maintaining proper workflow history and audit trail. Standard D365FO supports only record-by-record approval, so bulk approval is not available out of the box and requires customization.
