As the Topics reveals, we got a strange problem regarding tasks inside a request - they got randomly closed, with no user action.
It happens completely arbitrarily, without a certain time window.
Does anybody have a clue ?

I had the same issue. You will have to raise it with Microsoft as they provided me with a hotfix. It seems like all working good since then for me.
