Ideas to design the Solution on Dynamics CRM

Hi All,

I need to implement the below entity and capture the details in a editable grid -

Sales ($) Purchases ($) Opening Stock ($) Closing Stock ($) Natural Increase (No) Deaths and Missing (No)
Category 1          Calculated at Category level  Calculated at Category level
Type 1 28135
Type 2 2000
Type 3 5000
Category 2
Type 1
Type 2
Type 3
Type 4

Solution -

Create an entity for Category and store the categories

Create an entity for Type and store the types

Create a third entity - 

Lookup to Category Entity Lookup to Type entity Sales ($) Purchases ($) Opening Stock ($) Closing Stock ($)
Category 1 Type 1 50 100 200 200

However i need to also have data in Natural Increase (No) and Deaths and Missing (No). This data is entered at the category level. How can i capture this.

Is there any simpler ways to design the above entity?

Any help would be appreciated.
