I am a beginner in MS Dynamcis and I would like to know where to start with, do we have an demo version of software to install.

NAV2013 Client can work on 32 or 64-bit computers, bur NAV Server only runs on 64-bit editions of Windows 8 and 7 and WinServer 2012 and 2008 (R2), SBS2008 and SBS2011.
No, we need to have 64-bit OS for server in NAV2013.
