CRM workflow

Hello community,

I am new to CRM. 

I have these questions if someone can help me, please. 

Update the customer card as below:

  • Add default contact fields on account level
  • Add lookup field on the contact level (to link the account with contact)

 

Create workflows as below:

  • On customer creation, create contact getting data from the default fields created.
  • On updating the new fields, the contact should be updated also.
