We are looking for certificate of analysis report to print Batch attributes  - When it is Customer CoA.
However, the report does show columns related to attributes and doesn't show any attribute there.

tried by enabling/disabling batch attribute and group for "CoA independent of qality order". Added customer in CoA customer group too. but we still don;t get batch attributes on this report.
Also checked Quality management parameter " Suppress independent batch attributes i
It doesn't help..Does anyone know if any specific set up is required which is missed or this could be a code defect ?

It is most likely by design and not a code defect (they are rare). It seems to be a standard SSRS report so I suggest to use the debugger to figure out what's going on. Using the debugger might reveal that there's something missing in the setup and or data or that you need to customize the report or perhaps other areas.

    Hope this helps.

It would also be useful to check whether the issue occurs in a sandbox environment or with a different user account. If it does, the problem is likely environment- or application-related rather than user-specific. Reviewing recent updates, browser cache, and extension changes can also help isolate the cause. If nothing resolves it, opening a Microsoft support ticket with screenshots and logs is probably the fastest way to get an official resolution.

    Hi,
Most of the setups you mentioned appears to be in place based on your description. Can you confirm if the setups are correct on the customer/product specific batch attributes on released products. There is a possibility that the 'Include on COA independent from Quality order' parameter has been overridden and because of that it is not printing attributes.
Also, verify that your test groups ae correctly configured considering the attributes.

Despite these configurations, the batch attributes are still not printed on the report. This indicates that the issue may be due to missing batch attribute values for the specific batch, an incomplete setup related to batch attribute groups or quality orders, a customization affecting the report, or a potential product defect in the standard D365FO functionality. Further investigation is required to verify whether the batch attribute values are stored correctly for the batch and whether the report is retrieving them as expected.
