I have set up my Item Cards with Reordering Policy = Lot-for-Lot, Minimum Order Quantity = 1 and Order Multiple = 1. Actually, those quantities vary depending on the item, but always a whole number. I ran Calculate Regenerative Plan for both MPS and MRP against a forecast. I checked the box "Respect Planning Parameters for Exception Warnings". All sales items, i.e. those handled by MPS came out with the correct minimum order quantities and multiples but the purchased components did not. MRP seems to have ignored those planning parameters.
What else do I have to do to make sure those parameters are taken into consideration?
