We've had a problem with GP where items are being received in twice. It happens frequently enough where it is throwing off our inventory counts.
Currently were using GP 10.0 SP 5 and was wondering if this was a issue resolved by a hotfix or could it simply be human error.

GP will allow you to over receive. Are these PO's now in history. If not you could do a PO return to reduce your stock quantity. If you were on GP 2010 the PO Return feature would even allow you to re-receive if needed. My guess is that this is human error. If you do an inquiry on the PO's in question do you see multiple receipts?
