We run an office retail store front and computer service center.
We are looking into a PSA such as AutoTask for our ticket handling on our computer services side.
We would like to know if anyone has integrated AutoTask or the like with RMS.
AutoTask does have an open API so I don't know how much trouble it would be but I would like to pump my invoices from AutoTask into RMS.

I have reached out to them. Sounds like they have not done it yet but I will post here if I get any results after my scheduled talk with one of their consultants.
I don't think this exists yet, But nChannel might have this.
nChannel is a program that allows RMS to talk and share data bidirectionally with other platforms. They have RMS integrated with Quickbooks, eBay, amazon Microsoft AX, SL etc.
They don't list a connector for AutoTask but they might have and they could certainly create this connector.
