How can I give our manager's access to the People tab so they can easily see relevant information about their direct staff?
Hello,
you can do this with security roles permission. I had the same request and I managed to give them access to people tab, with some information, remove access to fixed compensation etc.

Thank you, I was able to find the security configuration page. Do you know what duty or privilege I need to give them in order for them to access the People tab?
