Hello everyone,
A worker can't see his contact information. He has access to the menuitem. I added him the table LogisticsElectronicsAddress in a role that I added to the worker/user but he still can't see his contact information. I also tried to add every object that are in the form permissions in the read access level but it does not work.

I solved it after updating my testing environment. The contact information was set on private only on 1 worker, so I unchecked it. Thank you for help anyway.

As it appeared yes, one user can see other workers contact information but can't see his own. And another user with same roles can see his and other workers contact information.
How can it be?

Is this a current situation or do you want to know if this is possible? You can assign private addresses to a role, not a person. So to achieve this, you can create an additional (empty) role (named "View private addresses") which could be added to one of the two persons. Then use this new role and assign it to be able to view private addresses.

Thank you for your response. I understood it. Now I have another problem, 1 user can see this information and 1 can't. They both have same roles (no difference in roles, exactly same) (as I am told). Is it possible without code changing?

Hi Rati,
The contact lines are marked as 'Private'. Not all persons are allowed to see private addresses and contacts in the system even if it is his own information. On the Global address book parameters form you can define which security roles has access to private address and contact information. Note that granting this will allow persons within the role to see all private address details for all workers and other parties.

Thank you for helping. I added DirPartyTable but it did not work, I added every table which are contained in the form's permissions. the role has access to the form via the entry point HcmWorkerListPage and HcmWorker. So shall I try to add the form directly in the role's permissions?

Does the role attached to user contains HCMWorker form, main form containing all worker information. Second this you should try, adding DirPerson or DirParty table.
