Activities only seeing by who created by

Hi all, I have one problem,
 
In my system there is a sales manager that create an appointment, that only want to be seeing by him, in the timeline of a client. But the problem is that the owner of the client (Salesperson) can see it too.
 
The appointment from the salesmanager with the client must be confidential and he doesnt want to be seeing by the salesperson owner of the client.

    Hi Partner,
    In CRM, to control who can access restricted or sensitive data and resources and what they can do with them, assign users to security roles.
    You need check all security roles assigned to these users if you need allow only the owner of the activities to view their activities.
     
    Find 'Activity' table in one role, and set 'User' access level on 'Read' privilege or more.

    You can also use the 'Check Access' button to check which users have access to the current table and through which security role.
    You can then find specific security roles to edit.
