DB sync failure after upgrade to 10.0.46

Hi Team,
 
After upgrading 10.0.44 to 10.0.46 we are facing DB sync failures with the following errors
 
Log level - Warning | Retrying 2 views with retry count: 0

Database synchronization completed (1338696 ms). Errors found.

Log level - Error | Infolog diagnostic message: 'Specified field ResourceIssueLedgerDimension of datasource WrkCtrTable does not exist in the database or the configuration key on the field or on Extended Data Type used by the field is off. The view WrkCtrTableBiEntity can not be created in the database.' on category 'Error'.

Log level - Error | Infolog diagnostic message: 'Specified field ResourceIssueOffsetLedgerDimension of datasource WrkCtrTable does not exist in the database or the configuration key on the field or on Extended Data Type used by the field is off. The view WrkCtrTableBiEntity can not be created in the database.' on category 'Error'.

    Hello, it's a strange error.
     
    Can you give more details?
    This error is on a TIER2, a Cloud hosted or a UNODEV local developer machine?
    Have you try on a standard database or a custom data too?
     
    All fields still exists in 10.0.46. i've checked now on my env.
     
    Try to compile all your customs first and retry again the full sync.

    Hi Charan,
     
    Please check if the Configuration key Production series II is enabled. You can check that on the form License configuration (System Administration > Setup).
    If disabled, it can cause this DB sync error.

    The DB sync issue has been resolved.

    Now I would like to know, if I move the version upgrade code (46) from Dev to Sandbox, do I need to manually enable the configuration key, or will there be any other impact?

     

    Please share the details if you have any information.

    Hi Charan,

    You will need to check the status of the configuration key in Sandbox as well. In case it is disabled, again, it can cause a DB sync failure. The state of configuration keys is data per environment, it is not part of a deployable package.
