How can I remove & reinstall a Dynamics365 app (Expense Management)?

I installed the Dynamics365 app (Expense Management) successfully into my test environment, but installed it with the wrong user account

I have deleted the Power App (Expense Management), but the Dynamics365 app (Expense Management) still remains. How can I remove the Dynamics365 app, and then reinstall all of it again?

The Expense app shows as being installed in the Dynamics365 app list:

The Expense app doesn't appear in the Power Apps list any more, as it was deleted from there:

How can I remove the Expense app from the Dynamics365 app list, and then reinstall all of it again? I have Sysadmin access to this environment if that matters

How can I remove & reinstall a Dynamics365 app (Expense Management)?
Hi @Sohail Ahmed thanks for the response. I have some issues with trying it though:

    1. The app is listed under both the environment, and generally. I cannot remove it from either area as there is no option to remove it:

Environment - Dynamics365 app. Nowhere to remove:

Environment - Dynamics365 app - Details. Nowhere to remove:

Products - Dynamics365 apps. Nowhere to remove:

Products - Dynamics365 apps - Details. Nowhere to remove:
Products - Dynamics365 apps - Install. I cannot reinstall it because there doesnt seem to be a suitable environment for some reason. This doesnt make sense because it was previously installed fine

    2. I am not sure what you mean by 'Use Dynamics 365 Admin Center' - where can I find this admin centre? Are you referring to the Environment URL below, from the Power Platform Admin Centre - Environments:

I have gone to see the linked Solutions in Make.PowerApps.com, and can see the below which contain the word 'Expense':

Is this what you meant, and if so, which solutions would need to be removed?

    Cheers for the help

To fully remove and reinstall the Dynamics 365 Expense Management app:

    1. In the Power Platform Admin Center, check if the app is still listed under Dynamics 365 Apps and try uninstalling it there.

    2. Use Dynamics 365 Admin Center to remove the app from the environment.

    3. Clear browser cache or use a different browser to refresh the app list.

    4. After removal, reinstall the app from Microsoft AppSource using the correct user account.

Having Sysadmin access lets you manage app installations and removals fully.

Mark the checkbox below if this answers your question.

How can I remove & reinstall a Dynamics365 app (Expense Management)?
ive just noticed something very strange. In LCS for this environment, the Dual Write option doest *seem* to be enabled:

If I try to enable dual write with the LCS Admin I get below error:

Could this have something to do with this issue?

Also in Dual Write in D365/Data Management, I see nothing:

What is weird is, I can see all the Virtual tables from D365 in this environment, in the Make.powerapps.com site, and if I update a value in the table in Make, it is reflected back in D365:

Im thoroughly confused. Dual Write seems to be working, but also shouldnt be working

Thanks for the response @Anthony Blake! I tried to do what you suggested, but am faced with an error - there are no eligible environments. Any ideas where I can take this next? The environment I am attempting to install into is linked with D365 Finance

Assuming you've already followed the uninstall steps to remove the solutions, you can use option 2 from the Retry steps earlier, but signed in as the new account:

    Option 2:

In PPAC, from the Manage menu, Under products, click on Dynamics 365 Apps. Find Expense management, click the 3 dot menu icon, and install.

You will be prompted to select and environment, select yours then click install.

This method shows you all the available D365 apps, and ignores that you already have the Expense management app partially installed or a failed installation. I find is useful sometimes when apps are stuck on "Installing".

I don't think that it matter that the app is showing in the installed apps list, when they are removed manually (ie their solutions), they dont disappear from that list.

    Hope this helps
    Anthony
