if Employee’s is under probation are restricted to avail leaves in first 3 months. How to validate in table. And I have fields like To date, From date, Joining Date.

Can you describe what is it mean by validation in the table? What is your real requirement?
Employee’s under probation are restricted to avail leaves in first 3 months. then it will throw an error. Employee under probation not allowed to take leaves in first 3 months
