According to the Dynamics 365 Roadmap, Discounts and Pricing for Vendors should be in the current release, however I cannot find it anywhere. Am I missing something?

To set vendor specific discounts and pricing you open the vendor card. In the vendor card select the Navigate tab in the ribbon and you should see Discounts and Prices in a section called "purchases". Hopefully the screenshot below will help!
