Upgrade Live PreProcessing Problem

I have completed the Run Live PreProcessing Scripts step with no errors, but the step didn't mark as complete with the green check and the next step is still greyed out, so I can't seem to move on.  The script history form shows all scripts as finished, the batch file shows completed.  There are still some scripts in the Upgrade readiness section that fail, but I understood that some errors in this step could be disregarded.  All other steps are marked complete without issue.  What could be causing this?

    I did solve it, but I can't say that I completely recall how.  I think that I just started from scratch.  I do know that in my final runthroughs, I made sure that every preprocessing and readiness script ran without error before moving on. I only had the issue once, but ran through the process from start to finish at least three times.

    I have been looking at the code when the sysCheckList forms opens, and the Live PreProcessing task shows Status is Ready instead of Finished.  The last task in the batch was Basic Final script for version Ax2012, script types Final Final.  Should this have updated the status?  Can this script be rerun?
