Partylist lookup & Normal Lookup

Hi all,

I want to know the difference between normal lookup filed and partylist lookup filed. Where Should I use partylist lookup filed?

    Hi Kishor,

    Partylist attribute is a special type of lookup which allows you to associate your record with different type of entities for example regardingobjectid field in activities, where activity can be related to different type of entities. you can't create custom partylist field. If you have some requirement to setup entity where you need partylist lookup you shoud consider create custom activity type entity which will give you some default partylist attributes which you can use for your requirement. Whereas simple lookup is associate record with one entity object.
