Retireving data from Power Automate

Hi All,

We are using Power Automate for our business approval flows,there is a requirement that when an approval request is triggered through power Automate we need to show the pending Approval based on the username as a notification to there user .

Is this possible and how could be integrate the two apps.

    The initial trigger from BC has the requested by user email address. You can use that to send a notification to the user through Teams or another connector

    Thank you Josh,

    Just to explain I am looking to put the notifications in BC as the Approver has Approval pending against his username.If we use the BC flow of approval and not power automate the number of requests to approve show in the dashboard in the CUE.I want to achieve this when the approval flow happens through Power Automate.

    The “User Task” page can accept http POST requests, by posting it as a web service. I’ve used that pass messages back in. If it’s the notification table then you will again need a web service page and to use the HTTP connector or create an API page. All custom API pages can be accessed directly in the BC connector

    Example of using HTTP connector to send data back to BC:

    the url can be for a different page/table depending on your needs. If you need want it to go to a specific user and you have used the approval trigger then you’ll have the sending users information. Just add that to the json body
