Migration CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 failed

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi folks,

I am trying to update  MS CRM from 2011 to 2013. I installed  Update Rollup 18 for 2011 at first. After that installed MS CRM 2013 and tried to import the organization. I get an error message that the Database is not consistent and so I can't proceed.  I run check DB on the MS Management Console but there I get no error on the database.

How can I fix this error ? Any ideas?

Thanks for your help,

BR Martin

I am sorry,  the correct error message is:

The columns in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database are not consistent with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM columns.
