How I track a form to fullfill data in my table?

Dear All,
 
I have a SSRS from in my D365 and I tracking data in this table. that I know this is a source file that I need and I would like to know a form who's input data to this table. Can someone guide me how to track back to my form and menu.

    My point is I know the table who keep my data "CompanyInfo" i want to know a form who access this data.
    Anyway for now I know this data are from Legal enties but a field property hidden is true.

    Seems you have added a field to CompanyInfo table through extension - So this fields must be added via extension only to form - We don't know where the field will be added in UI part.
    As Martin mentioned right click the field and click on find references to identify where it was used.

    CompanyInfo table is usually modified through Organization administration > Organizations > Legal entities. Note that you can also right-click a field and choose Find All References to see where the field is used.
