SSRS report - need to reference account that the activity is linked to

Hi All,

i have developed a SSRS report to show the weekly activities logged by our users. We reference Regarding when logging appointments etc as the Contact or opportunity. What i want to be able to do is reference in this report the account that the contact/opportunity (regarding) is linked to... can someone help me out with some advise on how to do this.

Hi Michelle,

You can include your related entities in the Fetchxml Query, assuming you are working with Fetchxml reports, you can use fetchxml builder to include the account fields based on the regardingobject id and then can show these field on the report, you may use additional data set required which can take entity id as parameter and return entity fields.
