Hi All
 
Is there a functionality to update the Lead times on the PO headers. We have Item's purchase lead times populating from the Default order settings "Purchase order" tab. But we need the PO header "Confirmed receipt date" to auto populate based on any parameter setup if available out of the box. So is there a setup based on Vendor?

    There are some options to calculate delivery dates out of the box. You can read more here: Calculate requested ship dates for purchase orders - Supply Chain Management | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn
     
    In case your requirement is different, you can consider a customization.

    D365 F&SCM does not automatically populate the Confirmed receipt date at the header level. The Confirmed dates are always entered manually by the vendor or updated during confirmation. This is a customization. There is no standard feature to auto-calculate the confirmed receipt date based on vendor lead time.
     
    Dates are calculated at the line level at the line level for requested ship dates and requested receipt dates using
    1. Item default order settings or trade agreements for lead time
    2. Vendor and warehouse calendars for working days
    3. Transport days (if you have this functionality being used) from Purchase order transport days setup

    There are no options available for the confirmed receipt date to confirm automatically, You need to customize it or you need to enter manually.
