Users not available when selecting specific seller

Hi,

I am working on sales hub's sales accelerator assignment rule and some users are not available for selection on assigning leads to a 'Specific Seller'.

Permission is configured properly and user is enabled for assignment. So I'm working if there are other setup that I'm missing?

Users not available when selecting specific seller

Hi,

The available users in Assigning leads to a 'Specific Seller' correspond to users in Team.
Users that do not exist in the Team will not be found in the 'Specific Seller' selection.
It is recommended that you check if the user you want to add exists in the Team.
