Hi
When I try to follow and email being tracked from the lightweight app for Outlook I get a message that the recipient does not allow activities to be followed:
The contact allows all types of communication so does anyone know where I can set that they can recieved followed email?

Does this happen after enabling Email Engagement?
If not enabled yet, go to
Settings-> System Settings -> Previews
Enable Email Engagement
(restrictions apply)
