I create a department hierachy in Human Resource Module. But when I publish it I received following message. I don't know how to resolve it also where to setup expiration date? Please help me. Thank you!

Hi,
You can't publish a hierarchy change on the same date as before. As the time zone is a time later than GMT, it will set the date also on 8/7/2019 in coding (timezone offset). You can use the date August 9 which should work.
Usually, I do publish the first hierarchy at the beginning of this or previous year. Then when making corrections, there are some dates left in the past. When you make changes which should be really date effective on a certain date, you have to consider that you can only activate one set of changes on the same date. If you are not ready with all changes or wants to have someone else to review it, you can save a draft.
