We have a user that has 4 Opportunities showing in her "My Open Opportunities" View, however, she actually has 25 Open Opportunities in the system.
I have confirmed that she is the record Owner on all the Opportunities, and that the filter criteria for the the "My Open Opportunities" view is as follows.
Owner - Equals Current User
Status Equals Open
Yet she still doesn't see the remaining records.
Is there something else that I should check?

It turns out she didn't have a security role assigned. She was in a team, business unit etc and had all the proper shares but not role.

I have seen where a user has created a personal view with the same exact name. Make sure she is using the system view. Let me know how far this gets you.
