i am  trying to create a public view on (Case), and i am also adding more columns from other entities (for example SLA) , how can i do filters on the columns from the added entity?

    Hi Ahmad,

Check if 'Failure Time' is a searchable field.

Go to 'SLA KPI Instance' Entity. Open 'Failure Time' field. Check 'Searchable' option is set to Yes. If it is 'No' then set it  to 'Yes'.
Save the changes and publish the customization. Try to create/edit new public view.

    Hope this will help you.

    Thanks,

    Anand
