Customer voice surveys in real time

Hello,

We are currently using Customer Voice to send surveys via email to our customers. In our existing outbound marketing journeys, we use conditions to trigger an email to everyone who has submitted a form. Now, we are looking to migrate this process to real-time marketing, but we haven't found a way to replicate this functionality. Could you guide us on how to achieve this in real-time marketing?
