25Our users mainly upload general journals from Excel spreadsheets. We want to add the ability to stop the same user from uploading a journal entry and posting the journal entry. The issue we are having is we have permissions so our journal entry approvers/posters are only a few people. The issue is the approvers also have to create journal entries and those entries should require a different approver to post the journal entry. For audit purposes we need to be able to implement something within the ERP to not allow the user to upload and post the journal entry. Is there something we can do to put this into place in NAV?
