Master Data Management Setup

I am trying to setup the new Master Data Management in BC22 but after trying to enable it, I get a permission error "You do not have permission to create or run scheduled tasks.". 

The user I am using has SUPER permission set and doesn't have it's own license, but is a delegated admin - partner user. Does the Master Data Management module require a licensed user for the setup?

    Hi Felix,

     DA users cannot scheduled tasks in the job queue, please review Microsoft docs to see all restricted actions.
