Integration Manager Running Slow

Hello:

Almost a year and a half ago, we upgraded from GP 2010 to GP 2013 R2, including Integration Manager.

Before the upgrade, Integration Manager ran quickly.

Now, one user overseas says that ever since the upgrade Integration Manager is running extremely slow.

Instead of taking 2 - 3 hours to run an integration, it is taking nearly 8 hours!

Why would the upgrade cause this?

Thanks!

John

    RE: Integration Manager Running Slow

    Hi John

Not sure why the integration would change based on the upgrade - did anything in the physical environment also change - like moving from on premise to the cloud?

Also, different integrations take longer than others e.g. integrating into SOP is much slower than say GL journals.

Are you using the eConnect objects in Integration Manager - these are generally much quicker.

    Cheers

    Heather
